A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of having dinner and wine with a few of my girlfriends at TÊTE Charcuterie, a restaurant located in the West Loop that specializes in (you guessed it) charcuterie! We started out with a plate of charcuterie because, duh.
Look at all dem meats! Everything on that plate was delicious but the headcheese was probably my favorite. I may or may not be drooling just thinking about it right now! On top of all of this meat, there was more meat that demanded our attention: sausages made in house!
Don’t worry, vegetarians, I haven’t forgotten about you. There are several things you can eat I promise! Here are a few of the items that we had.
The shishitos happened to be my favorite dish of the night. Savory with the slightest hint of heat…absolute perfection! I could’ve probably just eaten these the entire night and been content with my meal!
The experience at TÊTE was amazing. I definitely cannot wait to go back. Next time I’m going after the pate! They’re located at 1114 W Randolph St and can be found on Instagram here.
